Govtech Conference Japan
1. Standing on the Shoulders of Giants: Since I only have 5 minutes, I will focus on this concept. Unlike other startups, our target audience is primarily government officials and those involved in digitalization efforts in local governments. There is a possibility that they may approach us for potential business partnerships. It might be a good idea to highlight the challenges they are facing and how we can help them, such as with job transitions or investments. 2. Startup 3 Minute Pitch Template: I will be using this template as a guide for my presentation. However, there are some differences. We are not solely focused on monetization, but rather on providing solutions for local governments. The audience will mainly consist of government officials, digitalization officers from ministries, and private businesses interested in GovTech. The conference will be conducted via Zoom, and we expect participation from government officials, digitalization officers from ministries, and private businesses interested in GovTech.
The main objectives of my presentation are:
1. To generate inquiries about the adoption of Civichat.
2. To receive investment inquiries.
3. To explore potential business partnerships.
4. To receive requests for interviews.
In summary, our platform offers the following benefits:
For individuals:
- Correcting the application-based approach by providing notifications and answering questions.
- Using the My Number system for personal authentication.
- Enabling electronic applications.
- Offering OMO (Online Merges with Offline) services through smartphone apps.
For local governments:
- Streamlining the management of public systems.
- Facilitating API integration.
- Supporting file uploads.
- Implementing LG-WAN (Local Government Wide Area Network).
During my presentation, I will address the following points:
1. The initial challenges we faced.
2. Our proposed solutions.
3. Our traction, including the breakdown of pre-registrations and feedback from users, as well as the results of pilot experiments.
4. The organizations that have shown interest in our platform.
5. The reasons why we chose to use LINE as our communication channel.
I will also explain why we believe that now is the right time to realize our vision.
Regarding our business model, we plan to collect implementation fees from local governments. We can emphasize that this funding will help alleviate the burden on call centers and other related expenses.
